A Different Kind of 3D Printing
Jaxzen3d is not a storefront and not a catalog of fixed products. Every project we take on is custom by design. We work with schools, engineering teams, and creative productions to turn ideas into physical objects, whether that idea starts as a sketch, a reference image, or a fully engineered file. From early concepts to finished pieces, our process is built around flexibility, precision, and real-world use. If your project does not fit neatly into a box, you are probably in the right place.
What We Work On
Custom Design & Prototyping - Concept development, functional prototypes, and iterative designs used to refine ideas before final production. This includes early-stage models, test parts, and design-for-print optimization for both technical and creative projects.
Large-Scale & Oversized Prints - Projects that push beyond typical desktop print expectations. This includes architectural and engineering models, large props, set pieces, and multi-part assemblies designed for scale, durability, and visual impact.
Bulk & Repeat Production - Consistent, durable parts produced in quantity for schools, organizations, and production teams. Focused on reliability, repeatability, and maintaining quality across every unit, whether for classrooms, installations, or on-set use.
These categories are not limits. They are examples of the types of problems we regularly solve
Industries We’ve Worked With
Our work spans multiple fields, each with different requirements for scale, durability, and precision. We adapt our process to fit the needs of each project rather than forcing projects into a single mold.
• Education & Schools - Custom projects and bulk production for school districts, including Austin ISD and Lockhart ISD.
• Engineering & Architectural Modeling - Large-scale and detailed building models created for engineering firms such as DCI Engineers, designed for presentation, planning, and visualization.
• Film, Production & Set Design - Custom props and oversized components produced for creative productions, including Horror Web Productions and Bat City Scaregrounds, ranging from small set details to multi-foot and 6.5ft+ pieces used on-site.
These industries represent the range of work we have taken on, not the limits of what we can do.
Not Sure What You Need Yet?
That is completely normal. Many projects begin without exact dimensions, finalized materials, or a complete plan. If you have an idea but are unsure how to approach it, we can help determine feasibility, scale, and the best path forward. Rough sketches, photos, or reference images are more than enough to start a conversation.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
How Projects Typically Start
• An idea or problem is shared
• Scope, scale, and constraints are discussed
• Design and iteration happens as needed
• Production, assembly, and finishing follow
Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: create something that works, lasts, and fits the environment it was designed for.
